implied warranties or merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose. We do not warrant,
guarantee or make any representation regarding
the use or results of this service. Under no
circumstances shall we be liable for any direct,
indirect, special consequential or incidental
damages (including, but not limited to, damages
for loss of business profits, business interruption,
loss of business information or otherwise) arising
out of the use or inability to use the service
even if we had been advised of the possibility of
such damages.
4. Ownership of service. The service and accompanying
documentation is ours. You acknowledge that this service
and documentation are the valuable property of us.
All rights, title and interest to the service and
any copies thereof shall remain solely and exclusively
with us.
5. Termination. This Agreement is effective until
terminated. This agreement will terminate automatically
without notice from us if you fail to comply with
any of the provisions set out herein.
6. Maintenance. We do not guarantee maintenance for
the service. We are under no obligation to
maintain or support this service.
7. We can terminate your privilege to use this service
at our discretion for any reason.
8. You agree not to interfere with our system, servers and network.
9. Do not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise
redistribute or exploit the service for any commercial
purpose or profit in any other way by providing access
to the service to others.
10. Do not use the service to solicit or harass others,
or collect or store personal data about other users or
otherwise use the service in a manner that is intended
to or has the effect of abusing or violating the privacy
or property rights of others.
We can change this policy at our discretion for any reason.
